The National Gugak Center is operating a one-day public class for 2026 general public Gugak courses called 'Cheongchul-eoram'. This course is an introductory program for adults to easily and familiarly experience our traditional arts.
The recruitment period is from the 10th to the 20th, and the classes will be held in the practice rooms of the National Gugak Center from the 24th to the 27th. The classes will run from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. for one hour and are divided into four subjects: haegeum (Korean fiddle), gayageum (Korean zither), pansori (Korean traditional vocal music), and seoljanggu (Korean traditional percussion).
The classes will be conducted in the following order: haegeum on the 24th, gayageum on the 25th, pansori on the 26th, and seoljanggu on the 27th. The target participants are adults who are new to Gugak, and each subject has a capacity of 15 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. The tuition is free, and the necessary instruments for the lessons will be provided by the National Gugak Center, allowing even beginners to participate without any burden.
To apply for the classes, you can sign up on the National Gugak Center's website, choose the desired course, and submit your application. Multiple applications are allowed, and it is expected that this public class will provide an opportunity to get closer to traditional arts.
Furthermore, following this public class, the National Gugak Center plans to operate regular courses for general public Gugak courses 'Cheongchul-eoram' from April to November. The regular courses will be conducted through separate recruitment, and detailed information will be provided through the National Gugak Center's website.
국립민속국악원, 일반인 국악강좌 ‘청출어람’ 공개수업 수강생 모집
국립민속국악원은 일반인을 대상으로 2026 일반인 국악강좌 ‘청출어람’ 원데이 클래스 공개수업을 운영한다. 이번 강좌는 성인들이 우리 전통예술을 쉽고 친숙하게 접할 수 있도록 마련한 국악 입문 프로그램이다.
모집 기간은 10일부터 20일까지이며, 수업은 24일부터 27일까지 국립민속국악원 내 연습실에서 진행한다. 강좌는 오후 7시부터 8시까지 1시간 동안 운영되며, 해금·가야금·판소리·설장구 4개 과목으로 구성했다.
수업은 24일 해금, 25일 가야금, 26일 판소리, 27일 설장구 순으로 진행한다. 모집 대상은 국악을 처음 접하는 일반인 성인이며, 과목별 정원은 15명으로 선착순 모집한다. 수강료는 무료이며, 강습에 필요한 악기는 국립민속국악원에서 비치해 처음 배우는 사람도 부담 없이 참여할 수 있다.
수강 신청은 국립민속국악원 누리집에서 회원가입 후 원하는 강좌를 선택해 접수하면 된다. 중복 신청이 가능하며 이번 공개수업을 통해 전통예술을 보다 가깝게 만나는 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다.
