The Namwon City School Outside Youth Support Center and Namwon Youth Maru have joined hands to support the healthy growth and independence of youth outside of school.
Namwon City announced that the Namwon City School Outside Youth Support Center, commissioned by Namwon City and operated by Namwon CYA, signed a business agreement with Namwon Youth Maru on the 12th.
This agreement was established to broaden career exploration and cultural experiences for youth outside of school by connecting local community resources, and to enhance their social adaptability and self-reliance.
Both organizations plan to collaborate on career and job experience programs for youth outside of school, share youth activities and cultural programs, provide education and information to enhance self-reliance, and engage in joint cooperation projects utilizing the local community network.
Jung Il-shin, the director of the Namwon City School Outside Youth Support Center, stated, "We will actively support youth outside of school to find their dreams and career paths through various experiences."
Hwang Jong-yoon, the director of Namwon Youth Maru, also expressed, "We will share youth spaces and programs with youth outside of school to provide practical assistance in designing their future."
남원시학교밖청소년지원센터-남원청년마루, 학교 밖 청소년 자립 지원 협약
남원시학교밖청소년지원센터와 남원청년마루가 학교 밖 청소년의 건강한 성장과 자립 지원을 위해 손을 맞잡았다.
남원시가 위탁하고 남원CYA가 운영하는 남원시학교밖청소년지원센터는 지난 12일 남원청년마루와 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 지역사회 자원을 연계해 학교 밖 청소년들에게 진로 탐색과 문화 체험 기회를 넓히고, 사회 적응력과 자립역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
양 기관은 앞으로 학교 밖 청소년 대상 진로·직업 체험 프로그램 운영, 청년 활동 및 문화 프로그램 공유, 자립역량 강화를 위한 교육·정보 제공, 지역사회 네트워크를 활용한 공동 협력 사업 등을 함께 추진할 계획이다.
정일신 남원시학교밖청소년지원센터장은 “학교 밖 청소년들이 다양한 경험을 통해 자신의 꿈과 진로를 찾을 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
황종윤 남원청년마루 센터장도 “청년 공간과 프로그램을 학교 밖 청소년들과 공유해 미래 설계에 실질적인 도움이 되도록 하겠다”고 밝혔다.
