Ticket reservations for the 27th Jeonju International Film Festival (co-executive directors Min Sung-wook and Jung Jun-ho) started on the 9th for disabled audience members and wheelchair users.
Ahead of the opening of the Jeonju International Film Festival on the 29th, the full ticket reservation schedule was announced on that day.
Reservations for the opening and closing ceremonies will begin at 2 p.m. on the 15th, and general reservations will start at 11 a.m. on the 17th through the official website of the Jeonju International Film Festival (www.jeonjufest.kr).
Pre-reservations for disabled audience members and wheelchair users will be accepted from the 9th to the 16th by filling out a separate application form and submitting it via email. Group reservations for 15 or more people will be processed after the general online reservations open.
Ticket prices are 20,000 won for the opening and closing ceremonies, late-night screenings, and the film "Satan Tango," 10,000 won for regular screenings, 15,000 won for masterclasses, and 12,000 won for event screenings and Jeonju Talk Talk. All tickets will be sold online, and any remaining seats not sold online can be purchased at the on-site ticket booth during the festival. When booking online, entry is possible with a mobile ticket without a separate paper ticket, but entry is not allowed with a photo of the captured mobile ticket.
This year, a new cancellation policy will be implemented for smoother ticket operations. Cancellations are only allowed up to 60 minutes before the screening or event starts, and a cancellation fee of 1,000 won per ticket will be charged for cancellations after the festival opening day.
To enhance accessibility for Jeonju citizens, a pre-ticketing booth will be operated for Jeonju citizens. It will be available for residents of Jeonju, students attending schools in Jeonju, and employees working in Jeonju from the 14th to the 19th. During the operation of the pre-ticketing booth, 20% of the total ticket volume will be pre-sold for three days from April 14th to 16th before the general ticket sales open. Subsequently, the same seats as those sold online will be available for purchase, with a maximum of 2 tickets per person for a maximum of 16 films. Payment can only be made with credit or debit cards.
Jeonju citizens can avail a 50% discount when purchasing tickets for regular screenings and the closing ceremony at the Samsung Cultural Center at Jeonbuk University through pre-ticketing or on-site ticketing. Discount recipients must present proof such as an ID card, student ID, employee ID, or business card that includes a photo.

제27회 전주국제영화제(공동집행위원장 민성욱·정준호) 티켓 예매가 9일 장애인 관객 및 휠체어 이용객을 대상으로 시작됐다.
전주국제영화제가 오는 29일 개막을 앞두고 전체 티켓 예매 일정을 이날 공개했다.
개·폐막식 예매는 15일 오후 2시부터, 일반 예매는 17일 오전 11시부터 전주국제영화제 공식 홈페이지(www.jeonjufest.kr)를 통해 진행된다.
장애인 관객 및 휠체어 이용객 대상 사전 예매는 9일부터 16일까지 별도 신청서를 작성해 이메일로 접수하는 방식이며, 15인 이상 단체 관람 예매는 온라인 일반 예매 오픈 이후 진행된다.
티켓 가격은 개·폐막식과 심야상영, 영화 〈사탄탱고〉가 20,000원, 일반 상영 10,000원, 마스터클래스 15,000원, 이벤트 상영·전주톡톡 12,000원이다. 모든 티켓은 온라인으로 판매되며, 온라인으로 매진되지 않은 잔여석에 한해 영화제 기간 중 현장 매표소에서도 구매할 수 있다. 온라인 예매 시 별도의 종이 티켓 없이 모바일 티켓으로 입장이 가능하나, 모바일 티켓을 캡처한 사진으로는 입장 불가하다.
특히 올해는 보다 원활한 예매 운영을 위해 새로운 취소 정책이 적용된다. 예매 후 취소는 상영 및 행사 시작 60분 전까지만 가능하며, 영화제 개막일 이후부터는 취소 시 티켓 1매당 1,000원의 취소 수수료가 부과된다.
올해도 전주 시민들의 영화제 접근성을 높이고자 전주 시민 대상 사전 매표소를 운영한다. 전주시 내 주소지의 신분증 소지자, 전주시 소재 학교 재학생, 전주시 소재 직장 재직자를 대상으로 하며, 14일부터 19일까지 운영한다. 사전 매표소 운영 기간 중 일반 예매 오픈 전인 4월 14일부터 16일까지 3일 동안에는 전체 예매 분량의 20%를 사전 판매한다. 이후 온라인 예매와 동일한 판매 좌석이 판매되며, 상영작 최대 16편, 1편당 1인 최대 2매까지 구매할 수 있다. 단, 결제는 신용카드나 체크카드 등 카드로만 가능하다.
전주 시민은 사전 및 현장 매표소에서 전북대학교 삼성문화회관에서 상영하는 일반 상영작 및 폐막식 예매 시 50% 할인 혜택을 받을 수 있으며, 할인 대상자는 사진이 포함된 신분증, 학생증, 사원증 및 명함 등 관련 증빙을 반드시 지참해야 한다.
