The Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province National Gugak Center (hereinafter referred to as the Gugak Center) Orchestra (Artistic Director Lee Yong-tak) will present the Thursday regular Gamuak performance in the first half of 2026 at 7:30 p.m. on April 23 at the Myeongin Hall of the Korea Sound Culture Center.
This stage will highlight the unique tones and charms of traditional Korean musical instruments, showcasing original compositions that go beyond tradition with a modern sensibility. In particular, this will be a special opportunity to witness exceptional musical and artistic challenges as the members, who possess compositional skills, present their own compositions.
The program will start with "280 Binari," followed by the Yookja Baegi "Neok" for daegeum quartet, the Ajaeng quartet "Aria on the G String," the geomungo quartet "Geommu," the haegeum trio "Sam In Haeng," and the piri quintet "Last Leaf."
전북도립국악원, 목요상설 가무악 공연
전북특별자치도립국악원(이하 국악원) 관현악단(예술감독 이용탁)은 2026년 상반기 목요상설 가무악을 4월 23일 저녁 7시 30분 한국소리문화의전당 명인홀에서 선보인다.
이번 무대는 국악기별 고유한 음색과 매력을 조명하며, 전통을 넘어 현대적 감각을 더한 창작곡들을 선보입니다. 특히 작곡 역량까지 겸비한 단원들이 직접 작곡한 작품을 통해 뛰어난 음악적 역량과 예술적 도전을 한자리에서 만나볼 수 있는 특별한 자리이다.
프로그램은 ‘280 비나리’를 시작으로 대금 4중주를 위한 육자배기 ‘넋’, 아쟁 4중주‘G선상의 아리아’, 거문고 중주‘검무’, 해금 3중주‘삼인행’, 피리 5중주‘마지막 잎새’를 선보인다.
