Wanju County has launched recruitment for participants in the "Youth Creators Capacity Enhancement Program" to enhance the digital content production skills of local youth and foster them as key players in local promotion.
This program was established to support young people in acquiring content production skills and participating in local promotion in response to the increasing importance of SNS-based content in the changing digital media environment.
The basic course covers various aspects of digital content production such as short-form content planning, shooting, editing, and the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI), and is structured to allow participants to gain practical experience in content production through hands-on training.
In particular, the education includes the latest trends such as image and video production using generative AI and content planning suitable for SNS platforms, which is expected to help enhance the practical production skills of participating youth.
The target participants are young people in Wanju County who are interested in digital content production and SNS utilization, and around 20 individuals are expected to be selected. The education program will run from the end of April to June.
Shim Mi-jeong, the head of the Population Policy Division in Wanju County, stated, "The basic course is the starting point for young people to build the foundation of content production and create their own content," adding, "I hope that young people will become the driving force in promoting the region and policies, going beyond being just beneficiaries of policies."

완주군, 청년 대상 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 교육 참여자 모집
완주군이 지역 청년의 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 역량을 높이고 지역 홍보의 주체로 육성하기 위해 ‘청년 크리에이터즈 역량 강화 사업’ 기초과정 참여자 모집에 나섰다.
이번 사업은 SNS 기반 콘텐츠의 중요성이 커지는 디지털 미디어 환경 변화에 맞춰 청년들이 콘텐츠 제작 역량을 갖추고 지역 홍보에 참여할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
기초과정은 숏폼 콘텐츠 기획과 촬영·편집, 생성형 인공지능(AI) 활용 등 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 전반을 다루며, 실습 중심 교육을 통해 실제 콘텐츠 제작 경험을 쌓을 수 있도록 구성됐다.
특히 생성형 AI를 활용한 이미지·영상 제작과 SNS 플랫폼에 적합한 콘텐츠 기획 등 최신 흐름을 반영한 교육도 포함돼 참여 청년들의 실질적인 제작 역량 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
모집 대상은 디지털 콘텐츠 제작과 SNS 활용에 관심 있는 완주군 청년이며, 약 20명 내외를 선발할 예정이다. 교육은 4월 말부터 6월까지 운영된다.
심미정 완주군 인구정책과장은 “기초과정은 청년들이 콘텐츠 제작의 기본기를 다지고 자신만의 콘텐츠를 만들어볼 수 있는 출발 단계”라며 “청년이 정책의 수혜자를 넘어 지역과 정책을 알리는 주체로 참여하는 기반이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
