The Jeonju World Sound Festival (hereinafter referred to as the Sound Festival, organized by Chairman Choi Cheol) is recruiting food truck operators to cater to the tastes of visitors at the Sound Festival held at the Korea Sound Culture Center during the festival period.
Applications are accepted until 6:00 p.m. on July 10th, and any business owner with a food truck operation permit and relevant business registration certificate for food and beverage sales can apply. To apply, participants can download the application form from the official Sound Festival website, fill it out, and submit it via email to event2@sorifestival.com.
Applicants must meet qualifications related to food safety and hygiene management, such as having a health certificate, completion certificate for food hygiene education, and food liability insurance. They should be able to accept card payments and issue cash receipts, and businesses located in Jeollabuk-do as of the announcement date will receive additional points.
The Sound Festival provides electrical facilities and operating space to facilitate the operation of participating companies. A total of 6-8 operators will be selected based on a comprehensive evaluation of menu competitiveness, pricing adequacy, eco-friendly operation cooperation, safety and hygiene management, relevant operational experience, and professionalism. Continuing the sustainable eco-friendly festival operation from last year, a reusable container system will be implemented this year as well. Selected operators must use the reusable containers provided by the festival organizers and undergo mandatory pre-operational training on operational policies before participating.
The results of the food truck selection will be announced on the Sound Festival official website on July 17th, and individually notified to the selected food truck operators.
전주세계소리축제, 푸드트럭 운영자 모집
전주세계소리축제(이하 소리축제, 조직위원장 최철)가 소리축제 기간 한국소리문화의전당에서 관람객들의 입맛을 책임질 푸드트럭 운영자를 모집한다.
접수는 7월 10일 오후 6시까지이며, 푸드트럭 영업 및 식음료 판매가 가능한 사업자등록증과 관련 영업신고증을 보유한 사업자라면 신청할 수 있다. 참가 신청은 소리축제 공식 홈페이지에서 신청 서류를 내려받아 작성한 뒤 이메일(event2@sorifestival.com)로 제출하면 된다.
지원자는 보건증, 식품위생교육 수료증, 음식물배상책임보험 가입 여부 등 식품 안전과 위생 관리에 필요한 자격요건을 갖춰야 한다. 자체 카드결제 및 현금영수증 발행이 가능해야 하며, 공고일 기준 전북특별자치도 소재 사업자에게는 가산점이 부여된다.
소리축제는 참가 업체의 운영 편의를 위해 전기 시설과 운영 공간을 지원한다. 메뉴 경쟁력과 가격의 적정성, 친환경 운영 협조도, 안전·위생 관리, 관련 운영 경험 및 전문성 등을 종합적으로 평가해 총 6~8개 운영자를 선정할 계획이다. 아울러 지난해에 이어 올해도 지속가능한 친환경 축제 운영을 이어가기 위해 다회용기 시스템을 적용한다. 선정된 사업자는 축제 측이 제공하는 다회용기를 사용해야 하며 운영 방침에 대한 사전 필수 교육을 이수한 후 참여하게 된다.
푸드트럭 선정 결과는 7월 17일 소리축제 공식 홈페이지를 통해 발표하며, 선정된 푸드트럭 사업자에게 개별 안내할 예정이다.
