The Jeonju Office of Education Support announced on the 3rd that they will distribute the "Jeonju Student Integrated Support Local Agency Guidebook" to elementary, middle, high schools, special schools, local governments, and related organizations in the region to strengthen the student-centered integrated support system connecting schools and local communities.
This guidebook was created to quickly connect the necessary local agencies at school sites tailored to various crisis situations students face, such as learning, psychological and emotional issues, health, economic difficulties, care, multiculturalism, and special education.
The booklet organizes concepts of student-centered integrated support, school and education support office support procedures, major programs by organization, support targets, application methods, contact information, etc., by field. It contains information on support from 162 local agencies in 10 areas including integrated support, academic and career paths, psychological and emotional well-being, health and safety, care and protection, multiculturalism, youth activities and volunteering, special education, scholarships, government welfare services.
It also includes QR codes for downloading and utilizing the guidebook on smartphones, enhancing convenience for checking the latest information and facilitating coordination between schools and local agencies.
Recently, the Jeonju Office of Education Support also provided guidance on the use of generative AI in student-centered integrated support teacher training. Teachers can upload the guidebook to generative AI like a notebook LM, and when they input a student's situation, the AI analyzes the data and suggests suitable local agencies and support programs.
Chae Seon-young, the head of education, said, "Many times, it is difficult to solve the difficulties of a single student with efforts only from the school," and expressed hope that this guidebook would become a practical guide connecting schools and local communities.
전주교육지원청, 학생맞춤통합지원 지역기관 안내서 발간
전주교육지원청은 학교와 지역사회를 연결하는 학생맞춤통합지원 체계 강화를 위해 『전주 학생맞춤통합지원 지역기관 안내서』를 발간해 관내 초·중·고·특수학교와 지자체, 유관기관에 배부한다고 3일 밝혔다.
이번 안내서는 학생들이 겪는 학습, 심리·정서, 건강, 경제적 어려움, 돌봄, 다문화, 특수교육 등 다양한 위기 상황에 맞춰 학교 현장에서 필요한 지역기관을 신속하게 찾아 연계할 수 있도록 제작됐다.
책자에는 학생맞춤통합지원의 개념과 학교·교육지원청 지원 절차, 기관별 주요 사업, 지원 대상, 신청 방법, 연락처 등이 분야별로 정리됐다. 특히 통합지원, 학업·진로, 심리·정서, 건강·안전, 돌봄·보호, 다문화, 청소년활동·자원봉사, 특수교육, 장학금, 정부 복지서비스 등 10개 영역 162개 지역기관의 지원 정보를 담았다.
또한 QR코드를 수록해 스마트폰으로 안내서를 내려받아 활용할 수 있도록 했으며, 최신 정보 확인과 학교·지역기관 간 연계 편의성을 높였다.
전주교육지원청은 최근 학생맞춤통합지원 교원 역량강화 연수에서 생성형 AI 활용법도 함께 안내했다. 교사가 안내서를 노트북LM 등 생성형 AI에 업로드한 뒤 학생의 상황을 입력하면, AI가 자료집을 분석해 적합한 지역기관과 지원사업을 제안하는 방식이다.
채선영 교육장은 “학생 한 명의 어려움은 학교만의 노력으로 해결하기 어려운 경우가 많다”며 “이번 안내서가 학교와 지역사회를 연결하는 실질적인 길잡이가 되길 기대한다”고 말했다.
