The Samcheon Cultural Center (Director Baek Jeong-sin) has been selected for the 2026 Cultural Arts Education Practitioner Capacity Enhancement Contest, sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with the Korea Arts and Culture Education Service and the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Cultural Tourism Foundation. They will be conducting the youth project "Let's Do Something Different Today: Stretching Out" as part of this initiative.
The program is designed for young people who have no particular interests, those who are tired of their current interests, and those who are simply trying to get through each day diligently.
It is not about doing things well or achieving results. It is more about taking a moment to slow down, looking inward at one's own senses, and discovering small joys and comforts.
Although unproductive and inexperienced, this program is intended to serve as an opportunity for someone to rediscover forgotten interests and as a small break where someone with a weary heart can stretch out and take a breath.
삼천생활문화센터, 청년 프로젝트 ‘오늘은 딴짓좀 하겠습니다 : 기지개 기록’ 진행
삼천생활문화센터(센터장 백정신)는 문화체육관광부가 주최하고 한국문화예술교육진흥원과 전북특별자치도 문화관광재단이 함께하는 2026 문화예술교육사 현장역량강화 공모 사업에 선정되어 청년 프로젝트 ‘오늘은 딴짓좀 하겠습니다 : 기지개 기록’을 진행한다.
프로그램은 취향이 없는 사람, 취향에 지친 사람, 그저 하루를 열심히 살아내고 있는 청년들을 위해 기획되었다.
잘 해야하는 것도, 결과를 만들어야 하는 것도 아니다. 잠시 속도를 늦추고, 스스로의 감각을 들여다보며 작은 즐거움과 편안함을 발견하는 시간에 가깝다.
비생산적이어도 서툴러도 괜찮은 이 프로그램이 누군가에게는 잊고 지냈던 취향을 다시 발견하는 계기가 되고, 누군가에게는 지친 마음에 기지개를 켜고 한숨 돌릴 수 있는 작은 쉼표가 되기를 바라는 마음으로 기획한 프로그램이다.
