On the 21st, Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province held a ceremony to award appointment certificates to new public officials for the first time since the inauguration of the 9th locally elected government at the provincial government office conference room.
The event was organized to boost the pride of the new public officials entering public service and to share the joy of their appointment with their families. About 300 people, including new public officials and their families, attended the event.
The ceremony began with the presentation of appointment certificates to representatives of the new public officials, followed by congratulatory remarks from Governor Lee Won-taek, the reading of the Public Officials' Oath, and a group photo session.
In particular, two representatives of the new public officials read the Public Officials' Oath, reminding themselves of their responsibilities and attitudes as public servants for the residents of the province. They then had a celebratory moment taking commemorative photos with their families to mark the new beginning.
전북자치도, 민선 9기 첫 새내기 공무원 힘찬 출발
전북특별자치도는 21일 도청 대회의실에서 민선 9기 출범 이후 첫 신규 공무원 임용장 수여식을 개최했다.
이번 행사는 새롭게 공직에 입문하는 신규 공무원들의 자긍심을 높이고, 임용의 기쁨을 가족과 함께 나눌 수 있도록 마련됐으며 신규 공무원과 가족 등 300여 명이 참석했다.
행사는 신규 공무원 대표에 대한 임용장 수여를 시작으로 이원택 도지사의 축하말씀, 공무원헌장 낭독과 단체 기념촬영 순으로 진행됐다.
특히 신규 공무원 대표 2명이 공무원헌장을 낭독하며 도민을 위한 공직자로서 책임과 자세를 되새겼다. 이어 가족들과 함께 기념촬영을 하며 새로운 출발을 축하하는 시간을 가졌다.
