On the 26th, the Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education conducted a '2026 Major Industrial Accident Emergency Response Simulation Exercise' at the comprehensive situation room on the 3rd floor of the main office.
This training was prepared to enhance the ability to respond promptly and systematically in the event of a major industrial accident, with participation from the industrial accident prevention team and general affairs team members.
During the exercise, a scenario was simulated where a fall accident occurred on the stairs on the east side of the main building's 2nd and 3rd floors. The demonstration included emergency treatment, rescue request, on-site control, and immediate response process after the accident. Subsequently, they identified the causes of the accident, hazardous and risk factors, and checked individual missions and step-by-step response procedures in the event of a major industrial accident.
Participants discussed specific measures based on the passage of time and changes in the situation, confirming the effectiveness of the emergency response organization and collaboration system.
Jung Eun-i, the head of school safety, said, "This was an opportunity to establish a system that can respond promptly and organically in the event of an unpredicted major industrial accident," adding, "Through thorough establishment of a safety and health management system and continuous inspections, we will create an educational environment where workers can work with peace of mind."
전북교육청, 중대산업재해 비상대응 모의훈련 실시
전북교육청은 26일 본청 3층 종합상황실에서 ‘2026년 중대산업재해 비상대응 모의훈련’을 실시했다.
이번 훈련은 중대산업재해 발생 시 신속한 초기 대응과 체계적인 조치 능력을 높이기 위해 마련됐으며, 산업재해예방팀과 총무팀 직원들이 참여했다.
훈련에서는 본관 동편 2~3층 계단에서 낙상사고가 발생한 상황을 가정해 응급처치와 구조 요청, 현장 통제 등 사고 직후 대응 과정을 시연했다. 이어 사고 원인과 유해·위험요인을 파악하고, 중대산업재해 발생 시 개인별 임무와 단계별 대응 절차를 점검했다.
참가자들은 시간 경과와 상황 변화에 따른 구체적인 조치 사항을 토론하며 비상대응 조직의 실효성과 협업 체계도 확인했다.
정은이 학교안전과장은 “예측하기 어려운 중대산업재해 발생 시 신속하고 유기적으로 대처할 수 있는 체계를 다지는 계기가 됐다”며 “철저한 안전보건관리체계 구축과 지속적인 점검을 통해 근로자가 안심하고 일할 수 있는 교육환경을 만들겠다”고 말했다.
